Commonality of neuronal coherence for motor skill acquisition and interlimb transfer

This study examined inter-regional neuronal coherence during visuomotor skill learning and its relationship to interlimb transfer. Using EEG coherence analysis, we identified frequency-specific neural synchrony patterns common to both skill acquisition and interlimb transfer, suggesting that shared neural network dynamics underlie these two functionally related motor learning phenomena.
