PathCal: State-Aware Reflection-Marker Calibration for Efficient Reasoning

Long chain-of-thought reasoning spends a large share of its budget on self-reflection that is not always needed. PathCal calibrates reflection markers according to the current reasoning state, so that verification effort is spent where it changes the answer.
